1.(a) COPYRIGHT (ALL PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES). Copyright of all photographs taken shall belong to Aaron Lord Studio unless otherwise arranged and they shall be the only authorised photographers at the venue stated. You may duplicate, and print any image supplied in digital form for personal use only.

1.(b) COPYRIGHT (ALL VIDEO SERVICES). Copyright of all video produced by Aaron Lord Studio shall belong to Aaron Lord Studio.

2. PAYMENT. Payment for all services must be received in full no later than 10 days prior to the date of the wedding. An invoice will not be forwarded for the balance due unless specifically requested. Non receipt of this payment will constitute a cancellation.

3. CANCELLATION. In the event of the wedding being cancelled due to any circumstance then this should be notified, in writing, to Aaron Lord Studio as soon as is practically possible.

Cancellation is subject to the following conditions:

notification period in excess of 6 months........................... loss of booking fee
between 3 and 6 months...................................................... 50% of total fee payable.
less than 3 months................................................................. 80% of total fee payable.
less than 3 weeks................................................................... 100% of total fee payable.

The notification period is deemed herein as the time between receipt of written notice of cancellation / amendment and the date the wedding was due to take place. All cancellations will be acknowledged by Aaron Lord Studio in writing. No cancellation should be assumed until this acknowledgment has been received. 

4. CHANGE OF DETAILS. Any change of the details shown on the booking form should be notified to Aaron Lord Studio as soon as is practically possible in writing. We will almost always accommodate changes but reserve the right to treat any change as a cancellation should this be impossible to accommodate. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of the information given on the booking form.

5. RETENTION OF TITLE. All goods shall remain the property of Aaron Lord Studio until all payments have been received in full and the customer shall remain a bailee until payment is made.

6. AUTHORISATION OF VIDEO. Some venues where wedding services are conducted require authorisation and in some cases payment to allow videoing of the service. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange this if necessary with the concerned body. Aaron Lord Studio shall not be liable for any such payment or arrangement not being made.

7. OWNERSHIP OF PREVIEW PRINTS. All preview or proof prints lent to the customer remain the property of Aaron Lord Studio and should be returned by a given ‘return by date’. Failure to return by this date constitutes purchase of all retained prints at the full price then in force.

8. COST OF ADDITIONAL ORDERS. The quoted cost for any package of photography or video once booked shall be deemed not to rise and not subject to inflation or any surcharges. However, Aaron Lord Studio reserves the right to adjust the cost of further print orders and goods for whatsoever reason.
