Q. What is the best way to find a good wedding photographer?
A. The best way to choose a photographer is to ask your friends, relatives or work colleagues for their recommendation. We are Suffolks Top wedding photographers because of our unrivalled reputation.
Q. Are your photographers all full time professionals?
A.Yes, we have 3 full time photographers we have all been together for 18 years and continue to inspire each other. We only ever take on two weddings on any day thereby giving us a backup option should either photographer be ill.
Q. Have you ever lost all the wedding photos due to camera or operator error?
A. No we are experienced professional photographers, we use reliable professional cameras, incorporating 2 drives to record images simultaneously. We have a strict back up regime. We have taken over 2,000 weddings with no loss of images.
Q. Is there a limit on the amount of photographs that you take?
A. No, it is your day, we will take what you want at no extra charge.
Q. Can our proofs be put onto the internet for remote viewing and ordering?
A. Yes, this is free of charge if required, and can be password protected.
Q. Are the prices shown subject to inflation, VAT or any extras.?
A. No, all our prices are fully inclusive and include your album.
Q. Can we have the digital files that you take?
A. Yes, all the images we take are yours free of charge. All we ask in return is a grace period of three years during which all orders are directed to us. Your images will be supplied on a special disk that is locked until the third anniversary of your wedding.
Q. Can we have a photograph sent to our local newspaper?
A. Yes, this service is free of charge for any newspaper.
Q. What if we do not like our pictures?
A. We have a no quibble guarantee, if you are not happy we will gladly refund your entire package price. Although this has never happened.
Q. Can we have prints in black and white or sepia and do you retouch if required?
A. Yes, all prints are taken in colour and can be converted to black and white or sepia as requested. Retouching is free.
Q. Do you offer finance packages?
A. Yes.
Q. I went to a wedding recently and the photographs took ages, how long do you take to complete the groups?
A. This is perhaps the most common question that we get asked. It is important to get the photographs that are required without taking over the wedding. We plan the groups with the bride and groom before the wedding and suggest an order that the photographs are taken so that movement of people is minimised. It is impossible to put a time that this will take as it depends upon so many things, but on average we take about 25 minutes. An experienced professional will always be significantly faster and we have never had anyone complain that we were too slow.
